RESERVATIONS

To reserve a place on a tour, you may contact us by e-mail by using the "Contact Us" on the web page, by telephoning 1-800-998-4677 or 1-307-673-1555, by faxing 1-307-674-7474, or by sending mail to Dailey-Thorp Travel, P. O. Box 670, Big Horn, WY 82833-0670. The deposit amount to secure a reservation is listed on each tour itinerary and is usually $1,000.00 or $1,500.00 per person. Tentative reservations are accepted by telephone, fax or e-mail and will be held for ten days pending receipt of deposit. Full payment is due 60 days before the start of a tour.

CANCELLATION OF TOUR

LAND ARRANGEMENTS: For cancellation by the client, these charges will apply: Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to tour commencement = $200.00 per person; 59-31 days prior = 50% of land arrangements price; less than 31 days prior =100% of land arrangements price; no appearance/no written notice = 100% of the land arrangements price. No refunds will be made for any part of the tour package, such as sightseeing, meals, performances or transfers, which are voluntarily omitted by any tour member; the tour is sold as a package. We must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of the tour.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Cancellation of AIR FLIGHTS will be subject to the cancellation policy of the airline.

All cancellations must be in writing. All tour programs subject to change.

Cancellation insurance is heartily recommended!


RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE

Dailey-Thorp Travel, LLC, and its agents are not responsible for accident, death, injury, loss, detention, annoyance, irregularity or delay caused by any hotel, transportation company or third party, or resulting from quarantine, illness, weather, strike, terrorist act, act of nature, failure of transportation company, disturbance, government restrictions or regulations, change in transit or hotel service, mechanical failure or other causes over which we have no control. Full responsibility for operation of aircraft, ships, trains and vehicles used for tours rests with the operating companies. Reasonable changes in the routing, transit companies, hotels and sightseeing services may be made if deemed necessary or advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. Dailey-Thorp Travel, LLC, assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or accident to passenger baggage. Dailey-Thorp Travel, LLC, reserves the right to refuse tour membership, either before departure or during the tour, to any person whose mental or physical condition, disability or behavior interferes with the operation of the tour or the health, safety or general welfare of other tour members. By acceptance of tour membership, the tour member agrees to these terms.
